General Terms and Conditions
Completion
The boat will be finished to the highest standards with the name and number inscribed. Sea Trials can be carried out in the vicinity of our boatyard prior to completion. Price on application.
Payment - Hulls Only
A deposit of 50% is required with your order. The balance is payable on completion of the hull and must be paid and funds cleared prior to the hull leaving our premises.
Payment - Complete Boats
A deposit of 25% is required with your order. Further stage payments of 25% are required during completion. Payment for engines and sterngear to be made on receipt of the pro-forma from the manufacturer. Payment of the outstanding balance is payable on completion. Full payment must be made and funds cleared prior to the boat leaving our premises.
Visiting
Customers are most welcome to visit our premises to see boats during the building process. In order to comply with health and safety regulations and to ensure personal attention please arrange your visit in advance. We will be pleased to arrange a demonstration, accommodation and transport if required.
Miscellaneous
All measurements, sizes and weights are approximate. All ply is to marine specification.. Construction and other materials used is to scantlings as per Lloyds specifications (or better). All photos are for illustration purposes only. Treeve boats is committed to a process of continuous product development and specification may be varied from that listed in our published materials, the actual vessel, finish and fitments will be as agreed with the customer at time of order.
